With the Globalization of the company, LZA stopped performing services only in Brazil. Today we have many international clients and many projects running throughout Latin America. With this, communication has become more important as it is increasingly involving internal employees.
In order to assist in the internationalization process of the company, LZA began a subsidy policy for English classes for employees who have more frequent contact with the English language during the execution of their activities.
In addition to paying part of the cost, the Company makes its facilities available for classes. Today there are 5 different teachers and more than 25 students at different levels of learning.
