With the Globalization of the company, LZA stopped performing services only in Brazil. Today we have many international clients and many projects running throughout Latin America. With this, communication has become more important as it is increasingly involving internal employees.

In order to assist in the internationalization process of the company, LZA began a subsidy policy for English classes for employees who have more frequent contact with the English language during the execution of their activities.

In addition to paying part of the cost, the Company makes its facilities available for classes. Today there are 5 different teachers and more than 25 students at different levels of learning.

Project management is an element that is increasingly part of the daily life of any company. Good planning and good management are responsible for facilitating and organizing the carrying out of activities and the success of our projects.

LZA already has employees with PMI certification and an MBA in Project Management. The company is also preparing the new generation of professionals who will help in future challenges, by providing the MBA course in Management with Emphasis in Project Management.

LZA typically uses partners to perform electrical selectivity and coordination studies. This does not mean that our designers can carry out electrical projects without a good knowledge of this important area for the protection and safety of electrical systems.

In the first week of May, LZA participated in the Honneywell Webinars on “De-Risk and monetize your energy storage assets with leading technologies”. Participated in the training:

Time to teach. In June, our collaborator Gustavo Pazelli gave training on creating schedules using the MS Project tool. Sample schedules of old and new projects have been developed.

At the online event held on 04/06/2022, the following approaches were discussed: secondary application solutions – up to 36kV 1250A 25kA and solutions for primary application – up to 40.5kV 4000A 60kA.
