The LZA Academy project is an initiative that aims to develop the protagonism in Engineering and Excellence of the company’s employees. In this space we intend to publish training activities, improvement and good practices courses. Throughout the year, a series of internal and external events are deployed, with suppliers and educational entities, whose objective is to expand and disseminate good engineering practices, technological evolution and even other useful tools for the continuous improvement of our activities. As an Engineering company, we understand that this is important for the business and for the continuous evolution of our employees, and this space will help us to further explore this constant need
